The Deputy Director is responsible for ensuring timely and appropriate implementation of program policies and procedures. The Deputy Director is responsible for administrative oversight, continued quality assurance and must demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This position is located in Robbinsville, NJ but travel to other NJ offices is required with access to company car. Candidates must also possess superior writing and presentation skills, the ability to exert influence, superior relationship building skills and the ability to provide disciplinary guidance to clinical staff. Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in psychology or related counseling field with an addiction subspecialty and a clinical license with at least three years direct clinical experience and at least three years of administrative and supervisory experience. Behavioral Health & Substance Abuse Care Coordinators
We are currently looking to fill Care Coordinator positions in Hudson, Bergen/Regional (with some travel for coverage in other northern counties),Passaic and Essex Counties. The Care Coordinator provides assessments, patient placement, case management and cross systems coordination for WFNJ recipients whose substance abuse or mental health disorders pose a barrier to participation in work activities. Requires a Master's degree in counseling, social work or related field. LPC/LCSW required or documented evidence that this license will be obtained within six months. LCADC strongly preferred. At least two years of experience working with this population is required. Candidates must have extensive applied knowledge of the DSM and the ASAM-PPC-2R. EOE M/F/D/V
